We are getting a new house constructed which has 2 floors, please verify if the plan is proper as per my birth chart.

We are hoping to move to our new home in July 2013; I heard from a friend that it is unlucky to shift anytime in the Chinese 6th month; is this true?? We had planned on 12th or 18th July 2013 to shift; both these dates fall in the Chinese 6th month...

Can someone please help me to check on these two dates? Are they auspicious for my family of 4?

Our birthdates are as follows:-

Mine is 11 April 1969
My husband is 15 May 1962
My son is 10 Oct 1994
My daugther is 26 July 2012

And our house is facing northeast.
